On my ongoing quest to spend my weekend taking photos, using it as an excuse to get some hated physical activity, I decided to spend a weekend at my family's tiny seaside apartment in Porto Levante, Italy. Arrived there early Saturday afternoon, unpacked my stuff, grabbed my camera and started walking on a walkable/cyclable path they're creating on the river bank (thanks NGEU funds wasted to build cycle paths in remote areas!). I walked about 4km down the path to a small marina, then 4km back to the small fishing village, passing by various swampy scenes (the Po river delta is basically a giant swamp, case in point it's full of idrovore (water pumping stations) built to reclaim the land in the 20th century. In fact exp. 1-36 and 1-37 show just one of those. Saw lots of birds in the distance that once again reminded I need to get a 500mm f/8 mirror lens for the upcoming summer.

I then moved roll 2 to my FED-5v after about 22 exposures, and shot a few photos of the foggy sunday morning from the balcony and the rear window. Note: exp. 2-1 is actually the last image of the roll, just noticed I must have messed up when renaming.

As for roll 3, it was an experiment. Someone on Bluesky suggested I push 500T to 3200, since I told them I always shot it at 500 or 640. I'm not brave enough to go 3200, so I tried 1600 (also the built in meter of the XG-2 stops at 1600, but I could just have set it to overexpose +1 stop). Exp 3-1 to 3-18 were shot on saturday night, with the last three a bad attempt of photographing the full moon reflecting on the lagoon. The rest were shot on Monday night on a street near my home. These were mainly tests to see how 500T pushes for my upcoming trip to Tokyo in April, already stocked up on 500T AHU.

Camera1: Exp. 1-22 | Minolta XG-2, Kalimar 28-200mm f/4-5.6, then MD Rokkor 50mm f/1.7 from around exp. 18

Camera2: Exp. 23-33 | FED-5v, Industar-61 f/2.8, external Chinese lightmeter set at EI200

Film: Agfaphoto APX100 (from a bulk roll), rated at EI200, developed in HC-110 dilution B, dev time 10:00

Roll 3:

Camera: Minolta XG-2, MD Rokkor 50mm f/1.7

Film: Kodak Vision3 500T AHU, rated at EI1600, developed in Axelcolor Kit C-41 for newbies, dev time 04:40
